Anyone know where we can find PUSH the talking trashcan?

OK so my kids have heard about PUSH the talking trashcan and have seen the youtube videos and really want to see him in person. I think he is in the Magic Kingdom but where? Does he hang out in a particular area?

I could just see my little one trying to start conversations with random trashcans throughout the park LOL If anyone knows anything about him could you please let me know? Thanks so much!

I see him in Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom. Just past the bridge, and before you get to the stuffed pretzel/CS area.

There is also a talking recycling container in AK at conservation station

We were there Labor Day Weekend and we found Push in the bridge between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland just minutes before the 3:00 o'clock parade.He even talk to us and sang Happy Anniversary to us.
Funny look around for a very weird looking guy with a cap that looks like he is talking on his cellphone.That's the operator ( or CM don't know the name.Or PUSHerator)

We saw PUSH inside Mickey's Star Traders last year. And later walking around the "back" entrance to Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.
