Anyone Know Where to Find Sales Info?

Does anyone know where you can find information on recent DVC sales, such as dates and purchase price amounts? I am looking for something with "official" information, not listing prices. Maybe something through the State or County???

I did find one website, but it has no dates and some of sales obviously went back as far as 2003/2004.

the prices on dvcnews are pretty much it for DVC direct sales...they don't really negotiate.

Thanks Charles - I had seen this thread. I need something with more official info, such as from the land records or something. Just wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to find it.
