Anyone know when Vero Beach rates for summer will be out?

I'm looking to book two nights at Vero Beach in June, but so far I'm not seeing any rooms available. I'm thinking the rooms haven't been released yet because I can't imagine that they're sold out. Any ideas on when the rates will be released or the best place to check? TIA!
