Just wondering if anyone knows when the great deal will be available to the general public and if there will be a code we have to give? I just want to make sure I am ready!!

Indications are that it will be in the papers on Sun 5/11, but others have said it could possibly be booked starting tomorrow 5/8..I suggest that you try to call tomorrow and see what happens, or check back here I'm sure many will be trying tomorrow.

I have given my info to my agent at dreamsunlimited travel and she has it in the computer waiting for disney to release to the general public..so I am waiting for my email from Cathy and hopefully our dream vacation at the BC!!!!

I called Disney Reservations last evening and was told I could book on the 11th. HOWEVER-I called back to double check this morning and was told I could book tomorrow, the 8th.

I forgot to add-no code is needed.

I'll add one more thing-I was told that the Swan and Dolphin are not included in this deal.

I think they open at 7 a.m...that's when I called. Good luck.

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that I just got off the phone with a very nice CRO rep (Hunter) and she told me that the package would be available to non DC members starting tomorrow 5/8. She also said to call around 7:20am or so because if you call directly at 7 am you will probably get put on hold for a really long time because of all the people trying to get reservations for CRT. YEAH!!! WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!

I am going to have a heck of a time sleeping tonight.....I have been planning my trip for quite a while now, but have a whole new excitement going on....we were planning on staying at CBR, but now I have visions of AKL or Poly.....I hope whoever I get on the phone in the morning has plenty of time for me!!!!! Good Luck to everyone!!!! I can't wait to hear all of the fun stories & plans on this board!

I am a disney club member and I just booked a week in October at the Poly in garden view concierge, two adults, two juniors and one child for a week, total price was $3474.69. This is the Fairytale rate but my husband said it was not that great a deal. Can someone help me understand if it is? He was saying that we could buy seasonal passes (FL residents) for about $1100 and book the concierge with a FL resident discount or passholder discount for about $300 a night (total $2100for the room and $1100 for the passes=$3200). Now the differences I see is that the seasonal passes don't get you into the water parks, etc. and Im not sure we can get the Poly concierge for $300 a night. The advantage to doing it his way would be that we would have the annual passes again which we really loved having this year. Any comments?

UPDATE: I called CRO and they don't have any other "codes" for October yet (FL discount,e tc) and could only quote me rack rates of $525 a night for Poly GV concierge or $480 for AKL concierge which is ridiculous. Then I spoke with Disney Travel and they quoted me a total of $3090 for the week of concierge Lagoon at the Poly which is CHEAPER than CRO at $440 a night. GO FIGURE!) The CM I spoke with said that he thought they would come out with codes for that time period this summer but I am thinking that availability will be way down with the Fairytale Package which puts season pass holders at a distinct disadvantage. I will hold the current ressies and then keep trying!
