Anyone know what the tax is on food at MK?

Going with a large group next week and we have lunch ADR's at BOG and we preordered knowing we can't split the bill so we are going to pay in cash.
When ordering it did not include tax so we still don't know the exact amount each person will have to hand over.
Anybody happened to know what the tax is so we can figure out each person's exact amount due ahead of time?

Disney World is in Orange County and they currently have a 6.5% sales tax, so I assume this is what you should expect to pay.

I am looking at my receipt from dinner at Be Our Guest last month. Tax was 6.5%. I don't know what PP meant about "the service charge."

Automatic gratuity for large groups I assume. Doesn't this only apply at table service and BOG is quick service at lunch?
