Hi! Just wondering if any of you have received or heard of a priority entrance pass to a themepark. I am not clear what this might be, but here is my story. We went to WDW last year and had purchased 3 annual passes and by accident when we turned in our vouchers, the expiration date on our actual passes was marked one year from the date we purchased the vouchers not one year from the date we activated them. I only discovered this a few months ago, when planning our July trip for this year. Our passes should expire the end of August, but say they expire in June. Well, I wrote a couple of emails and received a phone call. The woman was very nice and understood the mistake and made a note on it, gave me a number to give in at guest services at any of the parks when we arrive and said it will be taken care of. She also was very kind to say we would receive sometning I believe she called priority entrance passes to the park for that day for our inconvenience of having to go to guest services to get it straightened out. This sounds nice, but I was just wondering if anyone here knows what these might entitle us to and how they work. Are they like fast passes for the day or maybe just for one attraction? Just wondering, even if we do not get them, just getting our annual passes straightened out will be great! Thank you so much for any help!!
