In know that Pecos Bills in Forntierland is open for everything (all the extra hour events). I think, but could be wrong, that Cosmic Rays is open as well. But Pecos for sure...

When we were at MNSSHP last year Casey's was open. We all got hot dogs and watched the parade from right in front of Casey's. My parents were even able to get a seat at one of the small tables so they did not have to stand during the parade.
