Anyone know of inexpensive wedding ideas in Anaheim?

Hello friends! My BIL and his fiancee would like to have a small family wedding celebration in DL or in Anaheim that would be inexpensive. They will be exchanging vows in church in November, but would like to have a party at a later time. Being that we are all Disney fans, and have gone together many times, they are searching for a hotel or restaurant where the very large family(30-50) can celebrate. Unfortunately, an actual DL wedding would cost a minimmum of $10,000! Ouch! Any ideas or experiences you can share? Thanks!

Last time I was at the Anaheim Plaza hotel (a couple of months ago), there was a wedding taking place in their garden area. It's definitely not as fancy as, say, a wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, but it's alot more affordable, I'm sure! The Anaheim Plaza Hotel is within walking distance to the Park; it has a HUGE swimming pool, and most of the rooms have either an enclosed "yard" (lower level rooms) or a large balcony (upper level rooms). We've seen a couple of nice weddings at the Embassy Suites Hotel, it's only a few blocks down from DLR on Harbor......

I'm staying at this hotel this weekend...I'm definitely going to look into this. With my BFF getting married recently there have been mentions of the dreaded "w" word....LOL
