anyone know of any decent villas

i am looking at staying in a villa this time with 3 other people, i was wondering if anyone knew of any nice villas which they have stayed in or owned. any recommendations will be appreciated. cheers

We've rented several times in both Windsor Palms and Lindfields. We always rent through vrbo.com and will be staying in Lindfields for 2 weeks in August. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the great developments in the area and I've always been very pleased with bookings through vrbo.

We have stayed at Lindfiels twice "Dolphin Song" & Maria's Sunny Retreat" we liked both very much both had pvt pool areas. We are going back to Maria's Sunny Retreat this coming xmas because it suited us the best. Dolphin Song if a 2 story villa and Maria's is a ranch style. and a very pvt pool and the owner was exceptionally nice to us. Upon arrival they left us a gift basket and a bottle of wine & she called us to check in with us and gave us her cell # in case we had any questions or problems. If you want a resort type villa with a community pool & club house I would suggest Windsor Hills. Lindfields was about 10 minutes to WDW and near lots of restautants and shopping.

I just rented a villa right through the owner, who happens to live in the same state I do... Very simple.. 4 bedroom/3bath and only 3 people going, and paying 1/2 the price of 2 resort rooms. AND we have our own pool.

I've rented a 4 bdrm townhome in Terre Verde and will be renting it a second time in a few weeks. It's very clean and nice and runs about $100 per night (taxes/fees included). It is not as close as Windsor Hills but it close enough (about a 10 minute drive tops). If you want the contact info, just PM me.
