Anyone know anything about value accomodations?

I was just wondering if "value accommodations" is just for the view in the studio? Everything else is the same right?

If you are talking about AKV Jambo, the value rooms are smaller in floor space, because hey had to work within the confines of the existing building. It does not pertain to view.
