I saw an interview with the doctor that created this plan. It sounded quite good & I just ordered the book from Barnes & Noble.com It is a spin off of the Atkins Diet, but sound more healthy to me. It is low carbs & lowfat protein. During the 1st ttwo weeks you cut out the bread, pasta, rice, fruit, etc. You can still eat the veggies that contain carbs! After 2 weeks, you can add back in fruit (i think) and whole grain bread, whole rice, etc. We'll see, i'm excited to get the book - I like to read about different approaches and this one sounds good. I only have 10 pounds to lose - but that is the problem ...I ALWAYS have 10 pounds to lose!
