Anyone know anything about skin conditions?

I swear, every time I get one thing under control, something else goes wrong. I have a weird, almost horse shoe shaped mark on my lower stomach. It's a pale pink color, almost red, and I have no idea what it is. It doesn't itch, and it's smooth. It's been there for a while, but I'm starting to worry because it doesn't seem to be going away. I though I bruised myself at first. Any ideas? Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on the subject. PM me if you think it's necessary.
