I am looking to buy a few 1 or 2 GB SD cards for our trip and would love a good deal we have an 8 mp camera so it takes alot of room so we need a few

I paid about $25 or so at Sam's Club for a 2GB one. And it works great! Toshiba brand, I think.

I bought one thru Amazon a few weeks ago. I bought the SanDisk Ultra 1GB for $16.88. It was actually from Ace Digital. I believe that Best Buy has a good price on them this week.

ecost.com always has great deals, you can get them for next to nothing there. I have gotten SD cards free after rebate from them.

My only concern with buying off ebay is you might get a fake one... believe it or not, there are actually some fake memory cards being sold, I'm not an expert on it though, so I just stick to major stores.

for the best deals on electronics. They have it listed by state and then category.

I got a good deal on a Sony 4 GB card on Amazon recently. Check Circuit City and Best Buy, too. Maybe Office Max or Office depot or Staples, too. Seems like different cards go on sale every week.

I watch ads and can get 1 GB for $9.99 often, but in a pinch, Sam's Club has excellent prices for the 1 and 2 GB.

Costco has good deals. I bought several 2gig SD cards there, all under $30. Some were full size SD and others were minis and micros (with adapters) for the kids' cell phones.

newegg.com had some pretty good deals on them. I got a free 1gb when I bought my camera 1.5 ago, but saw that it would have been $10. I think they may be an off brand, but mine works great. I am thinking about getting another one from them.
