Anyone know about the kennels at FW?

I used to board my babies at the kennel at the front of FW where you would go to reserve horseback riding etc. The rates were awesome! The last time I used them it was only $13/night per dog. Now I see a doggie daycare chain has taken over and is charging in the $30 range a night. And that doesn't include ANYTHING if I'm reading this right! Has anyone used this service who can tell me more about it? I just want to know if the fees are only for the dogs to hang out in a run all day or if they get to play all day with other dogs. I see an additional charge listed for playtime, which is ridiculous. If I'm paying that rate, the playtime should be included, I think. Thoughts?:thanks:

They are not at Fort Wilderness any longer. Best Friends has their own new building. I believe there is a shuttle for pets.

Thoughts?:thanks:

This is the main site through the WDW site.

Here are the breakdowns of the services.

They are all given 1 potty walk a day. The differences are in the rooms & being able to add extra services. You can add on play time. It's a lot like normal boarding. In fact, it's better than any boarders in my area.

My DPs, Dbf, & I are going in May. My mom is wanting to board her GSMD & Papillon. So it's going to be a really interesting situation since the GSMD pretty much hates other people.

We might aim for an indoor/outdoor room b/c they include patios. But Since the parents are going to be camping, they don't think it will be an issue to just pop over & visit.

If anyone uses them PLEASE give details!!
