Anyone know about a Member "Sticker" for the car.

Someone asked me how to get one. It is not something that DVC has issued. Looks like a member probably created them. Any ideas

I would love to have a member sticker too!!! I REALLY think DVC should have a Company Store on the members only website--so that we could buy great member items--like decals, t-shirts, mugs, etc etc etc.....should we start a petition to DVC????
Anyone else agree???!!! After all--we the owners are the best advertisements that DVC has!!!! They are missing out on a gigantic opportunity!!!!

OKW use to sell these - I got just one - my mistake - and I sold that car.

you can get the member tag for your car.

I looked at BWV and OKW last trip. OKW told me they didn't sell them and BWV told me I was the second perosn to ask for a car tag in the past hour. HELLO!!! They need to sell them. Free ads for them , too!

If somebody sends me a PM to remind me, I can post a photo of the DVC Member sticker that's on our new van. For some odd reason, I purchased two of them back in 1998. We recently sold the old van and my wife was worried that she would not be able to recognize our minivan without the sticker in the rear window. Fortunately, I was able to find my "spare" sticker. Problem solved.

The sticker was inexpensive and it survived 5 years in NE Ohio weather and still looked none the worse for the wear. I didn't see any of these stickers when we were at WDW last month. I didn't realize that it was a collector's item.

That's not a free ad for them, they'd make money on their own advertising, not a bad deal...

I contacted the lady who makes our figure skating club decals and sent her the DVC logo. She said that since it is Disney, she is afraid of duplicating the logo. Sorry......I tried!! She said they are really picky about their copyrighted material.

They used to have a member merchadise catalog, but, that was years ago. Guess the response was not all that great.

I recall a few years back that someone had one made up. They didn't use the Disney logo.

Awhile back someone here posted how to order from an outside ocmpany a decal that would say "DVC". It looked like the oval decals that used to acknowledge different European countries and now folks have them for "MV" (Martha's Vineyard); OBX (Outer Banks); LBI (Long Beach Island), etc.

We too tried to find a DVC plate for the car on our recent trip to WDW. We asked our guide, as well as the presenter at the OKW member update, and neither of them could help us out. A sticker, even the plain black DVC in an oval would be great too!

The DVC sticker that I purchased looks an awful lot like the image below with the addition of the word "MEMBER" centered at the bottom of the image. It's about the size of an index card.

I have that one Towncrier and I haven't used mine on a vehicle since ours are company owned cars for now - maybe when dh retires I'll use it on one of ours.

yes that's the one I was also talking about - gee I wish I brought more - they were really cheap like $1.00 or less - OKW had a bunch of them at the time.

We have the ones like Pma described. It is the oval with DVC in the center and Disney Vacation Club underneath it. I had it made online. I'll get the site and post it.
