Anyone know about 09?

We are planning a return trip for either Nov/Dec 08 or Feb. 09. A lot of it depends on the dining plan. We will go with the deluxe one as we like to eat TS. When do they decide changes for the next year? I am concerned with booking an 09 trip, making my ADRs at the 180 day mark and then finding out that the 09 plan isn't that great. Any info on this would help!!
