So sad, it was a year ago yesterday that Caylee was found:sad1:
They are talking about it now on Jane Valez Mitchell on cnn. Her court appearance yesterday was weird. She sobbed and cried alot unlike her other court appearances. Another thing that was weird, she reminds me so much of the Manson girls in her appearance. The long dark hair and the way she holds her head looking up with her eyes, creepy.
May her sweet baby girl rip someday soon. I felt so sorry when they showed George and Cindy. George looked like he was having a hard time:sad1:

I think she did it and I can't wait till her trial starts. The partying while her baby was missing? Bizarre woman.

Hopefully the trial will be next summer like they are saying.

Im sure Nancy Grace is keeping up with it since she doesnt have anything better to do.

I do know Casey had a court date yesterday (I believe) she broke down and cried in the court room. I tuned into Nancy Grace but all she could talk about was Tiger Woods cheating on his wife. She's been on that topic for over 2 weeks now. :sad2: So pathetic.

I started watching her when this whole Casey Anthony thing started. It was informative then, now as you said, its all about Tiger, which is getting sickening. I agree.

While I did not see her cry, I'm sure she knew ahead of time what would be discussed and I have no doubt that she could cry on command if necessary.

Also--IF she were innocent (Which I doubt)--she would of course be upset at listening to the manner of death.

IF she were guilty (Which I believe)--she would be upset b/c "dang--how'd they figure all that out, I'm screwed"

Either way, all of her court appearances to date have been rather benign and slim on the details. She placed all of her trust in Jose Baez based on a referral from a cell mate when she was originally arrested.

As for George and Cindy--ughhhh, where do I begin. I sympathize with the loss of their granddaughter. I do not feel they are guilty of a crime. HOWEVER--I feel they condoned and enabled their daughter for far too freakin' long even after she was arrested. They do have a right to live a fairy tale, thinking she's as pure as the driven snow and would not harm a fly, but their lies and their snotty attitude last summer--they've even been shown to have had conflicting statements at some point (I'd have to go relive all that nonsense to find the descrepancies though ).

Who could blame them? Their daughter has lied to them her entire life. So it isn't easy for them to shut it off as they are hoping for some shred of miracle that their child could be telling them the truth. And they desperately wanted her to be found. But I cannot muster any pity after all of their ugliness. I'm sorry for their loss--but I do not pity them as I feel they did not do good job of advocating for Caylee.

It's funny I see things totally different with George and Cindy, There is no way that George new anything about what Casey did or didn't do to Caylee. He admited several times that Casey was stealing from them. He was so heartbroke when they found Caylee body he tried to kill himself. I really just don't think he knew anything about it or he is oone heck of a actor.

Cindy first call to the police saying how bad Casey car smelled I beleive that was a real call. I however think she started to cover Casey tracks and covering more and more for her. I don't think she knew or had anything to do with Caylee death. It's really a shame they were unable to get custody of Caylee like they had wanted to

I agree with the bolded part. Its still unbelievable that they are still standing by her. I really hope that the trial will be broadcast because I want to see what they have to say when they are on the stand. I feel standing up for Casey, they are turning their backs on poor Caylee.

I know, there is so much crap to this story to remember. So many twists and turns.

I didn't realize it had been a year since they found that poor sweet angel

I know, its gone by way to fast. I hope Casey is rotting. I hope she gets life in prison and not the death penalty. Thats the easy way out imo. Is she in a cell and secluded to herself or she with other jail population yet? Can't wait till she's in jail population.

I watched the court appearance. Casey cried when the prosecutor gave his feelings on how Caylee died. It was pretty gruesome. It seemed to disturb many people in the courtroom. Whether Casey is guilty or not, I believe she did love Caylee in her own way. I can see why listening to what the prosecutor said upset her. By the way, the description was just how the prosecutor imagined the crime took place. They did not present any type of evidence. Nothing like that will happen until the trial takes place.

I have followed this since day one and on WS as well....I feel NO sympathy for Cindy, George or Lee....IM they are in this up to their eyeballs, after reading all the docs and everything, they have out and out LIED to LE. It's amazing, I hope in the end they are charged as well.

What was her court appearance for?

Her legal team has asked the court that they stop requiring all of their meetings with Casey be recorded. They say they can't hold the conversations they need to defend her when everything they say is being recorded for public access. They also want her to be able to meet with her family without being recorded.

Florida has what they call the Sunshine Law. Basically, everything becomes public record.

They also have petitioned the court to drop the death penalty. That is why the prosecutor started describing how he assumed Caylee died.

Casey Anthony will be back in court Friday December 11 for motion hearings.

Motion to preclude the death penalty procedures
Motion for a protective order prohibiting Orange County Jail from videotaping attorney visits
Motion for a protective order directing Orange County Jail to destroy videos of family visits
Motion to dismiss counts 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 8 10, 11, 13 for violation of double jeopardy clause

and I just love how Casey asked her attny to "make him stop" re the details of the murder of her daughter and Baez said (and he's said it before) the state wants to kill Casey Anthony.....OF COURSE THEY DO....she killed her child, who had no chance.

I never said either of them knew anything. I said as parents they enabled her--all of her life.

I personally think the suicide attempt was a big sham. But that is solely my opinion.
