Hello! We were at WDW all of last week. We returned home on July 20. The crowds really weren't bad at all. Getting to the parks as soon as they open helped because the lines were still minimal at the big attractions. Also, we used fast pass for quite a few rides this time, and it worked out well.

We were lucky because our week was somewhat overcast, so the sun was usually tucked behind a cloud. It was humid most days. But, you're in and out of cool, air conditioned rides so it is not like you'll be standing in the heat and humidity for hours on end. Take breaks when you need to. Duck into an eatery for a drink and people watch for a while.

If you are staying at a WDW resort, definitely take advantage of the early entry days at the parks!

We too are just back from 8 days at WDW.
The only place that we found the crowds overwhelming was at Blizzard Beach. BY 10-10:30 in the morning the lines for the big slides were longer than any of the lines we had waited in at MK.

Be sure to use fastpasss and EE !!
We were planning to do an e-night while we were there, but we had ridden all of the "big" rides so many times during our 2 days in the MK that we didn't feel the need to stay late.
