Wondering what's been available lately on EA? And service? We used it in sept. and got a grand prix was very nice, service was quick and pleasant, Any changes? Thanks, MKY:)

Just used EA for the first time around 11:30am on Saturday, Nov. 10th. I found it very easy and convenient. There were quite a few cars in the lot-I got a sporty Grand Am, but also saw Buick Centuries, a Mitsubishi Eclipse and some Toyota Camrys. Didn't see any vans, but wasn't looking for one, either, as it was just my sister & myself.

Returning the car was also very quick and easy. If I can do it, anyone can!

Had reserved a full size but there were none on the Aisle. I saw a Chevy Cavalier 2 door, an Olds Alero, some small Mitsubishi sedans, and about 5 mini-vans. I went to the full size row and took the only available full size car - a white Buick Century (not as nice as the Regal).

Got back a week ago. We booked a full size and that's what we got. Nothing in the EA aisle, so glad we got a full-size booked. We got there at 9:00 AM like we always do. We like the convenience of being EA members, but have only gotten a great Luxury car once. We go about 4 to 5 times a year. Picking up and dropping off were great and extremely fast. took less that 3 minutes to drop the car off. so if you want a big car, you better book it and not rely on there being a big one in the EA lot.

We arrived in Florida today at 1:00 on Southwest Airlines. There were only intermediate cars in the aisle. Nothing else. We reserved a full size. There were only 3 full size cars. We ended up with a malibu with 20000 miles on it. Rides nice.

As I said earlier, on Thursday, there were only intermediates. When I was there in October. There wasnt a single car in the aisle. We had our choice of a convertible or SUV from the regular aisles.

You can chose from the Emerald Aisle or the aisle you reserved from. Sometimes if they are really feeling nice (and running low on cars) they will let you chose from other aisles, but be sure someone approves this first (and get their name) If you just walk to the SUV aisle and take a SUV you may be charged the SUV walk up rate which is probably a LOT more than what you had reserved.
