Anyone just back? Crowds??

OMG! We live in the same town and we're heading to WDW a day apart. It's a small world... :earsgirl:

I'm also curious about the crowds.

I was there Feb 16-20 and the crowds decreased a little each day of the week after Presidents Day. Fantasyland was manageable until about 11 am. In the evenings many rides were a walk-on, although not M:S or TT of course. I took my folks and they had only ever been in July, so of course they thought it was great!

I'm from Gladstone and I will be leaving for WDW on 3/5. It is a small world!

I was ther between feb 14th - 22nd. Man was it packed! Especially the Magic Kingdom, the entire week! Epcot on the other hand wasn't very busy at all.

Let's keep our fingers crossed for great weather and light (?) crowds!!
Where are you guys staying? We're getting in very late and crashing at Pop Century the first night, then moving to AKL.

Kim, I hope your little one has a great 1st WDW experience :) .

Hey, GrumpyandBashful! We are staying at POR. Ours is going to be a short trip. We've already been 3 times in the last year. This trip is to check on the house we are building and register DD for school next year. Hope you guys have a great time!

We are on the latest Southwest flight and staying at POR.

We'll be staying our first night at my MIL's in Ocala and then checking in to POR.

Less than a week to go!!! :Pinkbounc

A friend and I took a day trip to EPCOT this past Thursday (2/26/04) and the crowds were very light. We didn't wait more than five minutes for anything. But there is one catch to this. My friend wasn't feeling well so we skipped Test Track and Mission: Space. It is possible the lines were longer for these. As for the weather, it was great! Except for a ten minute shower that hit early in the afternoon. All that did was clear out some of the people making for even smaller lines. I hope this helps, have a safe and fun trip!

We're on that evening SW flight, too! Had to totally change our flights after I found out 2 weeks ago that my DS is in a music contest the day we were planning to leave :earseek: !
Thank goodness for SW with its no change penalties!!
Have a great trip!
