Anyone is in Orlando at this moment?

How's the weather in Orlando right now? Is it safe to land there on Monday afternoon? I am very worried about the weather and not sure if I should change my flight or not.

Right now from my home just north of Orlando in east Seminole county, it it sunny & slightly breezy. A few darkish clouds so it could rain. I think Monday is going to be okay (but AM is better than PM for arrivals). It's Tuesday to be concerned about. I haven't looked at the Weather channel since this AM, so I am not sure of any updates.

It's nice in Orlando at the moment. It was probably 90 degrees, and we had the usual afternoon rainstorm come through, dropping it by a few degrees (and making it extra-steamy, just like an authentic Orlando afternoon).

As of now, Ivan is forecast to stay well clear of Orlando. There are no guarantees, and I doubt that my neighbors are going to take the boards off their windows until he makes landfall elsewhere... but I think you'll be fine flying in.

CGC -- we're neighbors.

It is nice here, but, just for comparison, it was gorgeous the Friday before Frances hit -- we went to Magic Kingdom all day. Same thing before Charley -- we took a walk at lunch and it was sunny and warm, and a few hours later all you know what broke loose.
