Just returned from a great long! holiday in DLP. Flik stayed with us from Thursday to Saturday at Davy Crockett Ranch.
He enjoyed swimming in the pool, especially the water slide.

He had fun in Pocahontas Indian Village, where he could watch Mark Twain paddlesteamer go by.

In the studios he chickened out of the Tower of Terror but tried his hand at drawing a Mickey face in Art of Animation

On Saturday when it was time to leave he had a last photo in front of the cabin with all the children, and then instead of getting into the car he hid!!! It was only when we got to the moving walkway that we realised he was missing, so had go back and found him still sunning himself on the picnic bench. I was not amused!!!

We left him that afternoon with LynnTarrant, looking forward to a stay in the Disneyland Hotel.

Yes Flik was a very lucky croc this week, he has just returned to the UK and will be going home tomorrow until his next adventure. I will post his trip report tomorrow, I hope he had as good a time as we did.

We returned from our trip on Monday but I haven't had to post pictures yet cause of work. I finally got some time today so here you are...

Fern tried to claim the big bed but we made her sleep on one of the bunk beds instead.

Fern also wanted her own slice of pie but she had to settle for just a bit of mine.

Fern loves the camera.

This was hubby's idea. We probably scarred the poor croc for life.

Flik is settling in well...Kyra took a shine to him and put him in her bed. He seemed very tired and stressed after spending the weekend couped up in his box.

Looking forward to her visit! I assume she is okay with cats! I am sure they will look after her too and we may even take her on a tour of Torquay before whisking her off to Paris for a couple of days then spending a few days at the Santa Fe!

Hi,

if no one is down for the 24th to the 28th of August I'm sure we could find a space to fit a croc in the ever growing amount of luggage we take (DH's words not mine) - I could always leave DH if there isn't!!

Orion33, I have put you on the Flik's list for you August trip but there is a one day gap between you and the next person. We need to fill that or else you won't be able to have the croc because hidasmuriel signed up with their dates first. As far as I know we can't leave the croc with the hotels until the next day. I will pm Ware Bears who will be at the park at the same time and ask if they would be willing to hold onto Flik for that one day. I also need your resort if you know it.

Edited: Never mind I spoke to Ware Bears and she will hold the croc for that day.

Pinkradleygirl, I'm having the same problem with your dates because there is either an one or two day gap for the crocs. I have put you on Flik's list for the time being to see if someone will fill in these two days. Unfortunely, you won't be able to have a croc unless someone signs up because I need to leave enough time for the croc to be mailed if there is no hand off but I will do my best to fill it. I also need you to pm me your resort, phone number and real name.
