They are two different parks and they are right beside each other within very easy walking distance.

yep 2 parks both owned by Universal...here's a map:

Don't let the map fool you...everything is a LOT closer together than it looks in that map! :thumbsup2 You can easily walk everywhere...or take shuttlebus or water taxi!

Thanks for the quick reply

But I have an other question
Do you need differend ticket for IOA
if your all ready in Universals

If you have a one park ticket, then yes.
If you have a two park ticket, then no.
(Most get the two park ticket for a couple of days)

the only thing wrong with the map is you need to replace the trees with superhighway and bumper to bumper cars

Yes they are in the same place. CityWalk is there also. It is easy to get around. When we went we got the 5 park flex ticket. Not sure if they still have them. This was a great deal. We went to both Universal parks, Wet'n'Wild, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens.

I do it all the time but then again, I have been there many times and I don't make it a point to hit every attraction. It also depends on the time of the year because if it is busy you will be waiting in line alot for the more popular events such as Spiderman, but it is doable. If this is the first time that you've been there or you like to hit every event in the park, I would think each park is a day-long attraction.

They are both full parks with a lot of attractions in each, it's sometimes possible to hit the highlights of both parks in one day, but 2 days is usually better.

Yep agreed 2 days better, or even 4, but 1 day you will need express passes or stay at the onsite hotels for room key express passes, that is the only way you could hit both in a single day and see most rides. I would recommend taking time out of your disney or seaworld alignment and spending at least 2 days at universal. My favorites but I still love Disney, just think U is better.

Can you go to one of the parks, go to Citywalk for lunch or dinner, and then enter back into that same park?

Yes, you just get a hand stamp and make sure you keep your ticket stub for re-entry
