Anyone in the Spokane Area-need advice

we are moving to the spokane area and will have to be finding doctors to replace the ones we are leaving behind. while there seem to be a large variety of choices i would appreciate any suggestions anyone has to offer. specifically we would need-

pediatrician
pediatric neurologist
general neurologist
(idealy pediatric) orthopedic surgeon
child psychiatrist or psychologist
pediatric dentist
good general md.
