Anyone in the parks seeing this mug?

Anyone in the parks this week and seeing this mug? It's my FAVORITE and mine turned out to have a faulty handle that leaks from the inside and out under the handle

I won't be back in the park until the end of March and am so hoping to be able to pick up a new one. Unfortunately I see online they are no longer available from shop Disney. If they are out in the parks I'll have to suck up the financial loss and pay $30 for one on Amazon.

Have you tried contacting Disney? We had a toy once that we purchased with a frayed sting that broke the very first time my kid used it ( WE purchased it late Friday night drove home all day sat and he didn't touch it until Sunday) They Sent my son a brand new one and told him to keep the original. Its worth a try

My sister bought 2 wine glasses from Epcot, when we got home the stem of one was broken. When I contacted Disney, they sent out a replacement free of charge, with no hassle (didn’t even need to track down the receipt, which was nice as I made it a surprise for her).

I got mine in the shop near Pieces of Eight in New Orleans, but I think I saw them at the Emporium too. This was over Thanksgiving. If they are still around and I can get in touch with merchandise services on Monday, maybe they will send me a new one!

Hopefully merchandise service can help you. On the shop Disney parks app it shows that they are still selling them at Disneyworld, so they are still around, even though it is showing as an in store purchase only. I have that mug and it’s one of my favorites!!

The update is not a happy one for me Merchandise services was not at all willing to help. She said they do not replace merchandise without a receipt and that I am out of luck since the mug is now only available in the parks and not online. I asked about possibly getting one shipped (i'd even pay!) from the store and that was also a no. I felt like I just got a lot of "no" and repeated reprimands for not keeping my receipt.

But it's my favorite mug so I ordered it with Amazon Prime and paid twice what I would have paid in the park with my AP discount.
