Anyone in NJ having phone problems?

We have a loud buzz on both lines and people calling us get a busy signal.

I can't reach Verizon's repair line. It says that number doesn't work from our calling area. Their online repair help is very, very slow. I was able to make a repair appointment for 8 AM to 7 PM tomorrow. I was planning on staying home for 11 hours anyway.

Are we the only ones?

Thanks for the replies. I tried to edit my post when I realized I was in the wrong forum (rough day!) but the DIS crashed on me.

It turned out that the line to my house was bad. And I can't make ANY toll free calls from my cell phone so TMobile is working on that. LIke I said, it was a rough day. It's all better now!!
