Anyone here live in Lima, Ohio? DS will most likely be going to school there this fall. I haven't been there yet but I wondered how things are there as far as apartments, small houses, and part-time jobs. The school swears that part-time jobs are never a problem as they are near the mall.
I did a search on real-estate and saw there are some very cheap houses. My concern is why are they so cheap? Are they in a bad area of town or is the economy so bad they need to sell?
Any information on Lima would be appreciated.
