Anyone in here decorate cakes?

I just got the results on my cakes for the fair.... The Wedding cake took 2nd and the birthday cake took 3rd. I am pretty proud of the fact that is this was first attempt at royal icing and color flow.

They were discussing "frosting shots" on the Today show with Hoda and Kathie Lee. The frosting shot was in a 2 oz. plastic cup which they seemed to have trouble eating.

DD and I decided to experiment with the best frosting shot vessel. We made a little video to test our theories. Even though it is a little goofy I was surprised at what popped out easiest.

I am looking into more contests despite controversy that has occurred with my cakes at our local fair.... Let me give all of you a pointer on entering cakes at a fair.... look at the quality of judging before you enter... I will not enter at my fair again.

Hey All!

Been a long time since I dropped by, as always...AMAZING WORK, ladies! I have done a few cakes over the past months, I will post them if I ever get a chance.

I am in the midst of trying to rent kitchen space from a small cafe next to the grocery store where I work, wish me luck! Any advice?

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I just wanted to stop by & say all of your cakes are absolutely gorgeous. You ladies are very talented. I think I just read through 50 pages . Looved the latest Mickey Minnie pink cake. Loved the Chanel purse & the one with the baby's bottom sticking up.
