Anyone in dl now or going soon

is there anybody in dl at the moment or anyone planning on travelling soon. If so could you let us know what it's like? What's the general feeling? We're due to go in 6 days and so unsure what to do. I'm 99% set on going but everyone I know is saying they wouldn't go. Need some advice please

I'm flying from the U.S. to Europe this weekend and I am planning to be in the park (for the first time!) next Wednesday and Thursday and I am absolutely terrified. I've thought about cancelling my trip but I'm trying to put on a brave face and still go to Europe. I have been planning this dream trip for a very long time. I'm still unsure if I want to spend my planned 8 days traveling throughout France. I'd love to hear what others in the area have to say about this. Should we still plan to visit France (traveling across the country extensively by train) and visiting Disneyland Paris? I'd like to hear what the security and safety situation is around the parks right now. Please, if anyone has insight post your thoughts!

We're here now, been here since Monday here till fri and so far it's been the best trip we've had. Security is fine.

on another forum, there are a few people who are in the park and posting updates. The park was open as normal today and people are saying they were nervous before getting to DLP but now they are there they are so glad they did not cancel.

I'm going for Christmas, well 99% sure we're going! Must admit I'm apprehensive about going not so much being at Disneyland but getting through Calais then the long drive on an empty motorway, but as lots of people have said we can't give in to them and you're more likely to get hit by a bus outside your house! If this is going to go on we are not safe anywhere in the world. I've heard of people refusing to travel to the USA but I went to Las Vegas last month and felt completely safe.

I feel the same. We are going for Christmas and im worried about lots of things - the Eurostar, the hotel security, the fact it will be Christmas time. Getting really worried and wondering if we should cancel. I really need to stop watching the news too.
The bit I cant understand is that people are advised not to go to Egypt or to Mali but can still freely go to France. Im not very clued up on politics etc so maybe ive missed something.

People are usually advised not to visit certain place due to intelligence received and if the threat is deemed unsafe people are told to not go.

France is generally still safe to go to in most parts And obviously down to the intelligence that countries have

I went in Tuesday am around noon and the for EMH on Thursday - Security both times was as usual - I'll be going in again a couple of times next week if the weathers good

I went from Monday to Friday and I had an amazing time with no regrets about going.
