Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

So just waiting for it to open up. Is anyone else just too excited? I can't stand it is it December yet?

Trying to "patiently" wait for it to all open up, I need to find a way to be more patient...
I just want to customize and make selections

76 days for us. So at least 16 more days to be able to check in. But was hoping MB would be available sooner. Same thing with FP+ for BOG...

I'll keep checking every day... Maybe I'll PIF soon instead of 45 days prior. Not sure if I do need to be PIF in order to do check in and stuff...

We are going to Disney next month, and every time I logged into the disney website it was asking me to select magic bands and fastpasses. When we first made our reservation they asked me about them and I stated I did not want Disney tracking us and declined.

Finally their marketing worked and I relented. I just thought everyone was getting them. Is it still in test phase?

I was able to link fast pass + BOG fastplus +, MVMCP, all my resorts stays (we have several) and everything else on them. I also mapped out shows and so forth in the park on MDE and it gives me an itinerary each day for it. Pretty neato. I had some in depth questions about it and I had to speak to their IT desk, but they were very helpful.

I know Dec arrivals are not able to make fp+ reservations yet, but is there even a link for it on the mde app? I check in Dec 1, and I don't see a link on the app, only on the website (which of course tells me I am not within the dates).

For what its worth, I called today to change my reservation a bit (add my 2 year old) and the cast member told me that I could log in and create magic bands and sign up for fp+ for my trip. Although I am still unable to. I am at 68 days.

I tried online check in on both sites today - MDE and the other Disney reservations link posted in this thread a few pages back. I was still not successful! Neither site worked for me.
Also, I am still not able to customize magic bands or pick fast pass +. I am 59 days out.

I had problems using the MDE site to check in, so I used the alternate. No change yet.

Are you making a second trip of the year or annual pass holders? If this is your first trip then you seem to be the first person to report having received an invite for December.

We are arriving Dec 7th. Today, well, Monday, my DD23 checked again and saw that the MDE page definitely changed to show some new links on the right side. Now it has links to link existing reservations and tickets, create family and friends list, MANAGE(not customize or personalize) magic bands, make fast pass+ selections, make dining reservations. Not sure if there are others, this was just a pic of the screen my daughter sent me. Our 60 day is today, Tuesday so we'll see what happens. I do not plan to check in though to see if I can get things to work, I do not want to do a pre-arrival check in, I want to check in when we get there. And, from what I've read in the various threads, it is not required to do online check in to access the set up of MB's or FP+'s. Now to decide what to do, lol!

Sort of excited, but then again, not, as I really don't like being limited to only 3 FP+s in only one park. Real waste of Park hoppers, that's for sure, if that is the case. I'm worried they will stop use of kttw cards to access legacy FP system by Dec, just in time for our trip and that makes me frustrated and angry to be getting less for my money than I expected when I booked the trip. I can't imagine or understand why they would want to either stop all testing and open fp+'s up to all visitors during such a high volume time of year, nor can I imagine them stopping testing, just rolling out to all onsite guests and not having any FP available to others, and again at Christmas time, one of the busiest times of the year. If they somehow decided to have only the FP+ systems for all onsite guests and the legacy FP somehow limited to be available only to all others, but not onsite guests. That would make me pretty angry getting less benefits for my money while paying disney more money than those who don't stay onsite.

All this waiting to see just what will be, and all the rumors, ugh! It's driving me crazy, lol!

74 days left and manage magic bands said something different this morning.

I did my usual login to check for bands this morning and when I clicked on manage bands the same old page popped up but with a new orange paragraph saying something about "it was unable to show our selected magic bands and to go back to design" or something like that..

now it is back to the old regular page of nothing but seeing that makes me think the servers and databases are currently being updated!!!

lol. wishful dreamin.
