Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

How does MDE know what days we'll be visiting a certain park? Unless they go by the itinerary you can create on the app- then I need to make one!

You can go in and select the park you want to attend and make your FP+ choices from there. MDE recognizes your ADR's and trys to set your choice of attractions around previous ADR's and etc; with that you still have the ability to change the times to a different one if you wish.

So has anyone checking in on the 1st able to get there magic bands/ fast pass + today?

I'm checking in on Nov 30th and I was able to book FP+ today for my entire stay (Dec 6) however..... I was not offered to customize magic bands yet.

I have read of others getting an email letting them know, but I didn't. I signed up for MDE a while back and just looked around that web site every now and then. I also downloaded the app to my phone. I read on here that people were starting to get MB and FP+ offers for vacations there were around the same time as ours, so I started looking at MDE almost every day. Then one day the wording changed to allow personalizing the MB's, so I did. I still don't have FP+ yet. I hope it opens up for me tomorrow, that is my 60 day mark. Good luck!!

just FYI, I check in the same day and was able to customize my bands last week. You should be close.

did you already check in online? Read some more of the bajillion threads but I think if you have already checked in online you need to edit you checkin, get some error code, logout , login and then it should allow you magic bands. Also might help is you try a new computer or another browser so you get fresh cookies from the website.

All WDW resorts will offer MagicBands as of 10/23/13.

I called WDW on a whim this morning and asked about FP+. The operator said that the entire program is still in testing phase and has not been officially rolled out. That being said, it is only available through November and nothing has been released for December yet. She said when and if they decide to continue the testing, and she felt that they would, people with confirmed reservations at WDW hotels would be notified by mail or email.

CMs aren't too reliable. When the November dates were released the CMs were telling people no November dates were available when they were so IMO take what they say with a grain of salt. Also Touringplans did a blog stating all resorts will be testing starting October 23rd. So it depends on who is saying it.

I'm checking in on December 4th as well, at AKV Kidani. No such luck on an invite email for me. I guess I'll keep checking email and MDE until I see something lights up! 64 days and counting!

Unfortunately I think you received bad info. I made my FP+ selections today for December. Well, now that I think about it, I do check in on Nov 30th so maybe I found a wormhole.

I called and spoke to a CM today as I had a question about our reservation. While I was on the phone with her I asked about MB and FP+ and told her I was able to customize my bands. She asked if I had received the invitation to test the bands and I told I hadn't.

At that point she said that if I hadn't received the invite, my being able to customize was a mistake on the MDE site and that POR (where we'll be staying) is no longer in the testing phase, so no MB's for me when I check in 11/30.

I didn't get too worried as I know so many people are hearing different things from CM's. I'll just hope for the best!

Just completed online Check-in for December 1st and nothing has changed on MDE, no option to select magic bands or FP+ yet.
