Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

But it's not for me, that's what I'm trying to tell you. It's only blue for me up until December 8th. 60 (or 59 for some reason) days out.

I have been watching it daily to be sure there was a pattern. So for me it has been consistent at 60+14.

i could speculate 3 different ways about why you and i see differently but they'd all be a guess. Mostly I'd guess maybe your's is an annual pass related band and it's just assuming for me that i'ts going to be a room related band? Do you have a reservation in the next 2.5 months? If so that blows my theory.

I have a reservation checking in on October 26th. I DO also have an AP. But... my room is also a DVC room booked on my points, NOT a MYW package or anything like that.

So it may not completely blow your theory out of the water.

I do agree though, that once this is fully rolled out, it would seem like 60 days is going to be the magic number. Maybe in peoples' cases with packages, 60+14. People like me with APs... maybe just 60. I don't know.

Check daily. We are all waiting for December arrivals to open for both MagicBands and FP+. Many of us guess it will be in about 2 weeks.

True but it does make it a bit harder to plan. I'd be a nervous wreck if I was going during the busy December holidays and I don't plan much.

That would be me! We've never gone Christmas week before and I'm really worried about how to manage the crowds with all the changes to my normal way of planning and an AP that won't link

No December dates have been opened or released yet for MB or FP+ only people who have bands from a previous trip or check in before 12/1

You don't have to do online check in or pay in full before being able to customize MagicBands. All you, and everyone else in December, need to do is wait for them to open December up for your check in date and resort. Just keep checking your MDE account. One of these days, hopefully, the option will change from "Manage MagicBands" to "Personalize MagicBands" and you'll be able to get them.

My guess is that December will open up for MBs and FP+ around October 20th. Just a guess based on what happened for October and November.

Hi, I also arrive on Dec 7th, staying at SSR. Was on the phone yesterday with Disney regarding linking my online ticket purchase to My Disney Exp. The Disney rep told me that for our arrival date FP+ would not be available until 28 day mark.

I also was under the impression at day 58 I could book FP+ once I had purchased my tickets.

Can't wait to see Disney all dressed up for the Holiday ! Hope we both have a magical blessed time !

Weird then that it just popped up for you to customize. :/ Hmmmm. You should be able to use any of the bands, though.

Well, honestly, I expect more to pop up. I booked Pop yesterday as well, and I'm hearing they also offer bands.

Three sets of bands would be ridiculous.

I totally agree, but yes, if you booked there as well, it will eventually pop up. But now, technically that would be a December check in, and hasn't been released yet, but part of your split stay. Right?

That's just how they're doing it right now for the test, issuing a new set of bands for each reservation. I'll take them. LOL I'll get each one in a different color!
