Anyone here recognize this WDW badge?

It has a pinback on the reverse side. I have no clue when or where this was used. Anyone here remember this from a trip to WDW?

OK, please understand this is only a guess...

I haven't seen this piece before, but I am guessing that this was a badge issued to Convention attendees at the Contemp. Not the Disneyana Conventions, just conventions held at the hotel and the Convention Center. I will go out on a limb further and suggest that this is from the early days of the new structure.

The center blank area is for the conventioneers to fill in their names. If it is similar to things I have seen in the past, the badge is made of hard plastic. I have a similar piece somewhere that is about 3 1/4" at the biggest disc.
