Anyone here from So Arkansas? El Eldorado area

I don't know a whole lot about El Dorado but I know my sister is graduating from UALR next week and is looking at a job there. It can't be that bad if she is considering moving there...

Off topic but my family is actually in Cabot near Little Rock so if you guys ever plan a meet sometime I might have to see if I can be down there at the same time. It would be fun to go to a DIS meet.

actually .. its still clear here,, we wont get the rough stuff till the early morning hours,, which means i wont sleep much tonight

monroe /west monroe is worth the drive from up here for shopping, not sure how the job markets aer there now...

The job market is horrible. That is how we ended up in New Orleans. My husband worked in the district office of State Farm insurance and it was shut down. Also, the big paper mill in Bastrop is closing. It will be a big blow for that small town.

Hello my fellow Arkansans I'm Froggyinark's wife so s e Arkansas is my location as well. DIS meet sounds like it would be a great idea. We will have to do it. Like my dh said we will be in Hot Springs on the weekend of the 15 of July. (cause it is close to my birthday it will be like a b-day present that and the fact that I LOVE FOREINER!!)

My DH says the El Dorado musicfest that is held each year is really good. I have never been. I wonder who he went with???? Memo to self...ask DH how he knows it is good and who he was with........

hmmm thats a new one on me then, i know they are working some indian sites in north east la,
