Anyone here familiar with this Caribbean port?

Watching a YouTube video with the automated closed captioning turned on. It's talking about why foreign flagged ships that dock in U.S. ports must also dock at a foreign port. I'm not familiar with that first portView attachment 727052.
I'm only seeing a static picture, not a video.
Are you asking about the red dot? That's San Juan, Puerto Rico. Not a foreign port.

No, referring to the port named in the captioning at the bottom of the screen.

Sorry, I'm not getting it.

It says "they had to slip Steve Martin and the Bahamas into the itinerary" not a port name.

Just had a thought. Maybe they meant St. Maarten.
