Why is there no availability for DC..ever?

I am trying to make a resv. for Dec. 04 for Discovery Cove. I went on their website and they are booked up..in fact they are booked up all the way to the end of the calendar they are showing for sometime in 2006!!!

Is this possible? Am I doing something wrong?

Usually off season doesn't book up that quickly. We went 11/02 and made ressies in September of that year.

I know DC did have some Charlie damage. Perhaps it's not open?

Also, right now with Frances in the area, the website may not be capable of taking any ressies. Most places closed down on Friday.

I know it is a very popular place. I know in the past I have had problems with their website so you might want to give them a call (after he hurricane goes throu). They might be able to help you out better then the website.

I was just having the same problem and last week March thru April 05 was wide open...so I think also the weather has interferred.

I'll bet DC took down the ressie system so it wouldn't risk losing any ressies made during the storm.

A man at work said while they were in florida 2 years ago they just showed up at DC and got lucky that there was some no shows so they got in. We were there for the first time this past july and loved it. Made our ressies about 5 months ahead.

My DH and older DD visited DC last November when we were in Orlando. No problem getting a reservation a couple of months before we were there. As a side note, my DH said it was the only attraction where the advertising lived up to the hype. They loved it.

We went in May 2003. I made the reservations in Feb. 2003, I think they only take reservations a few months in advance. The calendar is probably blacked out because they are not taking reservations for those time periods yet.
