Just wondering if I will be seeing any "Large Green Mickey Mouse Heads" in the park at this time?:hourglass Unfortunetly we are not close enough to a Home Depot to get one of these, but I will be on the lookout for them in the park and airport. I will be the one stocking the Dream Team Members!!!

:disrocks:

We will be there!! Watch out for us!! I'll have my green mickey ears on my backpack!!!

A fellow poster put some on for us individuals who can't get them, thank you. We'll be wearing them too, not sure where, but we'll have them. It's like being in your own special club and everyone is welcome if they just ask. Dizzyland Deb suggests and has her screen name on hers, may do that also. Can't wait, I think I am more excited then my child :cheer2:

I'll be there as well. My first time to DL and first completely SOLO trip...so if ya see me say hi!!! I'll be the strawberry blonde Granny, Sporting LGMH on my purple fanny pack...and taking lots of pics!:hippie:

Please post a picture. I'd like to see them....

Maybe we'll see ya ~ we'll be there from the 20th through the 23rd! I need to remember to stop by HD for some LGMMH!

Here is some good info. From April 18-20 there will be a major Cheer and Dance competition right next to Disneyland AND the Long Beach Grand Prix. Combined crowds for these two events are expected to be around 350,000! Most of whom will most likely visit Disneyland and DCA at some point during those three days. Combine that with the fact that some schools will still be on spring break and you have an EXTREMELY CROWDED park.

I was at Disneyland last year when this same cheer competition was going on and it made the parks the most crowded I've ever seen...the lines were just crazy (about 2 hour waits for almost every major attraction.)

If you are absolutely locked into going the dates I mentioned, then I strongly suggest visiting Disneyland on Friday and DCA on Saturday to avoid at least some crowds.

We will be there from the 16th - the 21st!!!!:yay: :yay: :yay: We are planning to do DCA on Friday and DL on Sat morning only for fast pass colection and then Fantasmic at night with our fast pass rides. Do you think this will be ok or should we do DL on Friday and DCA on Sat????:confused3 :confused3

He/She's BACK !!!!!

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

We knew you wouldn't be able to stay away DLR/GoDisneyForLife/DisneylandIsFun/etc./etc./etc.

At least you gave up pretending there will be 50,000 cheerleaders even though they expect only 10,000 (less than a third of those in March). :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

You seem awfully obsessed about this weekend, considering that you won't even be there. :rolleyes1 :cheer2:

So I guess we'll see you at DCA on Friday and DL on Saturday?

I thought we were for sure done with all the warnings of that weekend and the dreaded cheer festival!

Yes, it will probably be busy, but be aware that on saturday they will all be competing, so I wouldn't get too concerned over the crowds.

I'll be in Disneyland April 22-25. I don't have Mickey Ears yet either but maybe I can run by Home Depot tomorrow. It's the lime green color, right? I'm pretty new here still.

Good to know about the official color name. Hopefully I can find it.

This will be my 4th trip to DL but the first was in 1987 and the other 2 were only single day trips so I'm not really familiar with DL.

WDW, on the other hand....I've been 7 times since 1992, and five of those trips were a week long. The other two were 5 days and 2 days.

I think I need to create my signature with my trips list.

yeah it makes it more personal and shows just how much fun you've been having lol...I keep changing mine...adding and taking away...our next WDW trip is in Dec. with 8 this time...so many this time I had to buy a tent to bring in addition to my TT...we love the Fort and prefer it over doing hotels...just so many fun things to do there on our down time from the parks..this time we will be there Dec. 12-20.......DL I'm alone there for 5 days so I'm going to take advantage of the alone time and snap a lot of pics I might not get otherwise....anything I shouldn't miss??????:hippie:
