Anyone help?

We leave Saturday. My older DD is planning on wearing her A&E shirt when we meet A&E on our trip. I got it back in November. DD#2 at that time wasn't interested (before the movie came out). Now that she heard her sister say she was wearing her shirt my younger one is upset and saying she can't meet them without a frozen shirt bc they will think she doesn't care (she is 4) (she doesn't care if it is A&E or just Anna or what it looks like.)

So back at the end of April I ordered an Anna shirt (she loves Anna) from JC Penny's. I have been watching the website which says status pending shipping. I called tonight and was told "oh yeah it was cancelled 5 days after the order was placed" after checking it was refunded (I didn't notice the $12 refund bc I got 5 large deposits that day). Their site still shows shipping pending and I have been checking their site regularly. They basically said too bad, why do we have to notify you you were reimbursed end of story. Worst Customer service ever not even an apology. Just the excuse that "oh well we always accept more frozen orders than we can fill so the warehouse just cancels them, no need to notify you." Btw they STILL show the shirt online for sale. And still shows my order pending shipping.

Anyway. Just very angry bc I had a disneystore shirt in hand but didn't buy it a week ago bc I thought it was coming. Now I have a very upset child. This after I twice went through trying to order shirts when disney store restocked online only to have it disappear/sold out when trying to pay.

Soooo, can anyone help me find one IN WDW. I understand they fly off the shelves as everything frozen does and are only put out as they arrive. What locations would I have the best shot at getting any 5/6 frozen tee shirt.

We will be at DTD, AK, EPCOT, HS and MK before we see them on Wednesday. Which stores will have a better shot at maybe finding one?

The shirts have been one of the easiest things to find in the parks. It's the costumes and dolls and plush that no one can find.

In MK, the Emporium and Sir Mickey's should have some sort of Frozen shirt in stock. I haven't searched all the shops around every park, but I have seen Frozen shirts at those two shops the past several weekends.

I can't help inside WDW, but Amazon has a few available. If you choose one that is Prime eligible, you should be able to get it before you leave Saturday. If you are not a prime member, they usually do a free 30 day trial. Then, I would probably pay the extra $3.99 to get one day shipping to be sure you get it in time.

My parents were there last week and got a shirt for my DD. When they called to check the size, they mentioned several different versions.

If you don't want to wait, if you have a JcPenny store, I would try there too. I was there today and saw some!

Have you tried calling your hotel gift-shop and asking if they have one in the right size, maybe you can pay for it and pick it up when you get there?

I know they won't ship outside the parks...but I wonder if they would hold for you? Esp. if you already checked in or something?

Omg you all are amazing!!! Now I have some hope. I have been to the jc penny store and disney store here and on luck.I called and asked too. I can definitely call POR and ask. She wants the corn actuation dress but the shirt is a priority. She knows the dresses are hard to find (she'd has an Anna dress) but doesn't do well in heat so she does not want to put long sleeves on...lol. If we don't get a dress we don't bug the shirt is a must. Funny part is she prefers Anna so I thought it would be easier to fins than Elsa.

OP. This is just a thought... Have you tried the Disigns section of this board? The Disigners on that board are amazing and might be able to create something custom for you that you can iron onto your own shirt. I have done it a couple of times and my daughter LOVES it. Good luck either way and enjoy your trip!!

I know that Disney Store online has the create a shirt with A&E designs...I don't know if they are able to express ship those, though.

If all else fails, the Create A Tee shop in DTD may have an A&E design. I haven't been there recently, so I'm not sure if they do or not.

If she's not picky about if it is Anna or Elsa, try Toys R Us. They never have any dolls or costumes when I am there, but they almost always have tshirts (at least at the 2 near me). They are usually different tshirts each time - mostly Anna, sometimes both of them together.

Hmm never seen any tee shirts at our toys r us.
