Anyone heard of Star Transportation towncars?

I'm traveling to WDW with only my 6 year old and this is our first time visit. I changed my transportation from the airport from Mears shuttle to a towncar because I need things to be as easy as possible! I'm using WDW travel for this trip and they reserved a Star Taxi Towncar (Star Transportation) for me. I have never seen this company mentioned on the DIS before. Has anyone used it, and how was it?

Is this "THE" Star Taxi service that delswife talked about in her epic trip report?

If it is, she didn't have a good experience from it.

I can't tell you from experience, but the name sounds familiar.

Nooooo....don't use them. We did in 2002 when we used a "not in the Disney know" TA. We were almost late for our return flight. The valet at GF said they always have problems with them. Our "to WDW" driver was on time and ok. Our return driver was late. rude and made my DH load and unload all the luggage. He just sat in the car!!!Try Tiffany they were good.

AHHHH! They are the WORST!

Late picking us up from the airport, didn't help with luggage, didn't give me my grocery stop, tried to charge me another $25 to stop for groceries that I was guarenteed, didn't show up to take us back to the airport.......
