Anyone heard of rainrez.com charity?

I listed about 100 items of children's clothing on freecycle and I got an email asking for the items for this charity, I have never heard of them nor are they listed with the BBB of charities. Any one know of a way to check them out before I give them all of these things. I did have other people interested in wanting them, but they charity emailed first so I want to give them first shot but I want to make sure it's legit and that they will not be selling the items to the people who need them.
