Well, at least the first one sounds real good, here they are, copied/ [asted as I found them on the web:

 Land, Sea, and ???? - Epcot
- completion after 2003

Details:
This rumor comes to us from a former Cast Member of the Walt Disney Company who attended several Imagineering workshops. Apparently, with Test Track and soon Mission: Space, the east side of Future World will be weighed down with heavy traffic from popular attractions. To counter-balance this by evening out the flow of crowds, an E-Ticket attraction will be placed in the HUGE empty space in between the Living Seas and The Land pavilions. Not only will this new attraction be placed in between The Living Seas and the Land, but it will also bring synergy to their themes by tying them together. While The Living Seas has a theme of sea, and The Land has a theme of land, it's only common sense that they would tie all three of these pavilions together with an "Air" theme.

 Wonders of Life makeover - Epcot
- completion between 2004-2005

Details:
This rumor is brought to us by a different Cast Member, currently employed by "Company D" who also attended several Imagineering workshops. She tells us that once Mission: Space opens, The Wonders of Life will receive a much needed make-over. Apparently, the outside will be painted all black, instead of the current gold color. Inside, plans are to close Body Wars and make a new simulator-based ride based on the popular Toy Story movies. In the Star Wars and Body Wars-type ride, guests will drive RC, the radio controlled car from the Toy Story movies, throughout Andy's backyard avoiding obstacles and getting into mischief. The rest of the pavilion will also get a make over with Imagineers being quoted as saying "guests won't even recognize this place" when all changes are complete!

 New World Showcase Pavilions - Epcot
- completion between 2004-2005

Details:
When walking through World Showcase at Epcot, one can't help but notice that there is space for a few more pavilions to dedicate to different countries around the world. Take the space in-between China and Germany for instance. There is room for another pavilion or two over there. Apparently, Disney Imagineers have also noticed this and they even took a couple nights to measure out areas for new countries. Their findings? Well, according to Disney Imagineers, they believe there is room for another 8 countries in World Showcase! EIGHT!!! Israel, Brazil, Denmark, and Spain are among the countries being rumored to be built. ...the proposed Israel pavilion, which coincidentally is the country Disney Imagineers are currently speaking with the country's government and ambassadors to host and sponsor this pavilion.

In the past, Russia, Australia, and Switzerland were among the countries that had the best shot at being added to World Showcase. But a recent article in the Orlando Sentinel was quoted as saying, "...economic and political chaos killed the Russian pavilion, and the Switzerland idea didn't clear financial hurdles. Other discussions with Australian businesses haven't been successful either."

I wonder what the time frame for all this is! The Toy Story simulator ride would be a great addition! Is the attraction between the Land and the Living Seas the Soaring attraction that's slated to open in 2005?

For those interested, but unwilling to go to another thread, here are the rumors:

The first of these sounds like the Soarin' attraction before it had begun to be built. I hadn't heard the Toy Story rework rumor, and Spain is still considered a front-runner for joining world showcase (new country rumors crop up every 6-12 months).

I haven't heard anything about the Wonders of Life makeover, though I honestly haven't been looking real hard lately either.

The Toy Story simulator sounds like something they would do.

The most recent potential new countries I had read about were Spain and South Korea, neither of which have yet amounted to anything.

The space has been available for a long time, and many discussions have reportedly taken place between Disney and representatives of various countries. The rumor posted doesn't really contain any new info.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.

The thing about these rumors is that they reportedly came from Imagineering workshops, and I'm sure LOTS of things are discussed in those sessions.

The question is which ones will make it through the approval process, and in what form they will emerge.

With new countries in WS, its apparently all about finding representatives or businesspeople from those countries willing to foot the bill.

In the wake of recent events with Spain, I wonder if maybe that rumor is a dead issue. Then again, Spain may look at a WS pavillion as a way showing goodwill to the common citizens of the USA.

Israel would be an interesting pavillion, but I think it would become an obvious target for terrorist.

I hope the WoL rumor is true. It's a pavillion we always liked, but stopped going to because nothing changed. Cranium Command is still one of the best attraction in all WDW IMO.

Apparently, Disney Imagineers have also noticed this and they even took a couple nights to measure out areas for new countries.
I don't know that anyone recent needed any reason to measure these areas. This has been obvious from the start. From what I understand these areas were left empty, expecting to be filled in (eventually) once countries ponied up their $.
There is room for another pavilion in-between each country I thought.
I was told that even the Outpost is just a filler from when another pavilion was started, but the sponsor (Africa?) backed out.

Well we know one of the rumors is coming true with soaring and we've been hearing for years about new countries but the other part is new. 33% true up front is better than most rumors!!!

The countries mentioned change from year to year but for political reasons several of those mentioned could rapidly become disasters. Isreal, South Korea and Russia present obvious concerns but also especially in the case of Russia sure could be a dramatic pavilion. Australia has a big prescense each year @ the Food and Wine Festival and is relatively neutral from a political stance. Of course Switzerland is totally neutral and Spain has no notable problems, we'll just have to wait and see if we ever get another country!

Let's also hope for the Wonders of Life rumor!!

If these things happen it willbe way cool::yes:: :wave2:

You're not kidding. A very good friend of my family was the lead architect on the GF and one of the leads on WS. He has retired, but his son is an Imagineer. Over the years we have seen some really neat concept drawings that have amounted to nothing (oh man, if you coud see the original DisneyQuest concept building!).
Still, it is good to know that these sessions are going on. Some of these ideas will evetually make it, even if it is not the rumors we hear about so often.

Just wondering why the thread was moved- it seemed best to put it in the theme parks and attractions forum.... since it is on Epcot and future attractions. Where is it now, so I can watch it?

Even a cardboard cut out would be better than body wars, quite possibly the most nauseating ride ever made.

I'm not a moderator, do not play one on TV, and did not sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

That said, I believe the differentiation is that the Attractions board is more for current trip planning, or sharing experiences. Since these are only rumors, it really doesn't do much to help anyone plan a trip.

However, curiously, rumors do fit in quite well here on the rumors and news board... ;)

How would a Toy Story ride fit into a Life theme? Unless, they're just planning on dumping the Life pavilion.

I, too would think some countries added would be targets for terrorists.
