Anyone heading to OKW in 15 days or less

The excitement is mounting as I can hardly stay seated. Only 15 days before we hear "Welcome Home". Is anyone else heading to OKW the same time we are? DH is still debating of if he wanted to stay near the HH (hospitality house?) or further away like near turtle pond. We put down our request to be near HH but as we have done so in the past it never has worked out. We always end up somewhere else. We dont have a car so DH worries about walking to HH. If possible I think he would like to live at HH. lol......

Anyone have any thoughts or requests that we could check on for them while we are there. Dont make it to many as I need this vacation.........Oh man do I need this vacation.

We will be home at OKW on Sunday evening for ten days! Can't wait. Hope we can stay on Turtle Pond - 40's is OK - 2 Bedroom.
I hope it's warmer there than in New Hampshire!

We're off to OKW March 1 for 8 days! I can't wait. I know it has to be warmer than NY!

We always request Old turtle Pond. I don't think that the walk from there to HH is bad at all. Yes it is longer than walking from the buildings closer to HH but I think that it is quieter. Remember if you are further away from HH you can always hop any bus to get to HH and hop the DD bus back to your room. Or walk to the Peninsula Road bus stop and take any bus.
Old Turtle Pond has a lovely pool and the snack bar. Plus many rooms have a golf course view. I remember sitting on my balcony and watching the LPGA players tee off as I was eating breakfast. It was wonderful.

We started our 10 day countdown today- Old Key West March 3-11. This is our 5th year there. We can't wait! Please let the weather be warm! See you all there.

We are in Tampa now, we leave tomorrow morning for OKW, just about 12 hours to go!!!!! The weather looks great for a weeks stay, I can't wait to get there!!!!
