Anyone having trouble with sr/qr surveys the past 2 days?

Yesterday twice and today twice I got well over 3/4 of the way through surveys and then blammo. Twice the next page wouldn't load. Once it suddenly goes down for maintainence. This last time I'm 99% sure I was on the last question and it says you appear to have not qualified.

My husband jokingly said it's the survey sites way of getting all the answers it needs without paying out. There's been many times where I've done dozens of questions and then not qualified but I could tell that it would be a long survey and this was maybe 1/4 or less into it.

I'm feeling a little paranoid here, it's definitely NOT RIGHT!! :furious:

QR, SR, CR, and TT all use the same company for surveys. So you would see the same problems across all of us. I'll jump in and try to take a survey real quick and see what happens. Unfortunately, I won't be able to talk to them about any problems until Monday morning. :(

SR & QR are the only ones I do them through. I think I did get one done last night? Maybe it was 2 days ago. After twice today (once about 8:45am the page wouldn't load and it won't let you refresh and tonight about 7:30 on the last question I didn't qualify) I got to frustrated.
Thanks for checking

I'm not having that problem, BUT I have finished two SR surveys and signed up for a few things, and *nothing* has credited since something like thursday.

The surveys are the things bothering me the most at the moment, because those are usually relatively fast. I'm not totally worried about the one today, as just a few days ago it was taking one day for them to credit, but the one yesterday or the day before is bugging me!

So that might be another problem, Tricia; some people can't get to them or finish them, while others ARE finishing them, getting the wording on your site of it being finished and now eligible for a drawing, BUT they aren't getting credited.

All daily surveys taken Friday-Sunday are credited on Monday!

I am having the same problem as the OP. It spent 15 or more minutes taking two different surveys only to get to the last questions and not qualify.

I think I am going to use the opportunity to reset my timers and just give up for today. It is giving me a headache.

Thanks. :) I only recently started doing surveys, b/c I thought once you were rejected once you couldn't do more that day! All because that link wasn't taking me to the survey page again (once I saw the post about that link being broken, I realized I was being a bit, um, less than bright). :)

I have had the same problems as the OP, too. I have been in the middle of a survey at least twice in the last couple days and all of a sudden the survey will not continue. I have had to just quit out.

Plus, there have been a few that I thought I was actually in the survey, only to be told suddenly that I don't qualify. I feel that if I am answering more than 8-10 questions, they should be able to tell if I qualify for their survey.

I have been able to actually complete a few while all this has been happening, but I wonder if I will get credit. I know you can only credit for one a day. If I am taking a survey and it just stops in the middle (not the "you don't qualify" scenario, but the survey just won't continue for some unknown reason), then I take another one on the same day, will the first unfinished one count against me?

Same problem here. I was so frustrated last night when I spent 25 minutes watching ads and answering questions only to be told I didn't qualify! I even got to the part "For classification purposes only" Marital status, income. education blah blah blah. I fill it ALL out, hit finish, and what does it say? Sorry, You did not qualify.:headache:

Could you please tell me what "reset timers" means? TIA

lilstint that is exactly what happened to me twice. One of them was watching ads so it must be the same one. I think is was for a sleep aid.
It went all the way thru the classification part which is usually at the beginning of surveys.
That's why DH said they used me to get their answers and then disqualified me so they didn't have to pay. That's disrepectful, cheap and rude IMO.

I think a list needs to be made of bad surveys... the ones that get all your answers and then say you don't qualify. Then other people can avoid them, and maybe the reward sites can complain about the company whose survey is "cheating" people out of money... it isn't just us survey takers missing out on the money, but the reward sites and greenfield too probably.

Those lousy rats! Mine was for Ambien CR....a sleep aid!! I am absolutely sure that they got every bit of information they wanted from us. We really do need a list! faithhope is right. We need a list. Maybe we should start a "Surveys to Avoid" thread.

Since you can only do a survey every 24 hours, the time in the day that I can complete them gets a little later every day. Every couple of weeks, I skip a day, so that I can start doing them first thing in the morning. That's what I did yesterday.

Of course, now that I did that, I can't seem to qualify for anything today, so I think I'm gonna miss out on another one.

I am at 10:30 pm now b/c of that. I write the times down and your "reset timers" comment sounded like maybe there was a timer I was missing somewhere that kept track for you. Hope that makes sense.

You are absolutely right and the Greenfield DOES want to know about this. I talked to my contact about it the other day and she said that she always wants to know about this, as specific as possible. She said what would help her most is the URL in your address bar when you get to the end of a survey. That usually has some coding in it that tells them exactly which survey it is.

I've not been able to qualify for one today either. I also have not gotten credit for any of the weekend ones -- is that just me or have the credits not yet been given?

I haven't either Tricia had to get her wisdom teeth removed today and she said they might not be posted until tomorrow morning (in the SR forum) since those are done manually!

I just checked again and they still haven't posted the stats. I guess they are just going to wait to post them in the morning now. If I don't see them by about 10, I'll give them a call and report back what they say.

I forgot to get the URL, but I just had the "you did not qualify" after spending 15 minutes answering questions experience. It was an internet shopping survey, and 10-12 screens in I was told that I qualified for the survey. About 10 minutes later after answering many, many questions, I got the "sorry" screen on the Sunshine Rewards site.
