Anyone having trouble making PS???

I've tried several different times and different days and after entering all the prompts, wait a few minutes... then I keep getting the "We're sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take your call" and get disconnected!!! AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

I haven't had any problems the past few days. I have generally called first thing in the morning when they open up and have had to wait around 15 mins. before being helped. I even called later in the morning today, around 10am (Central) and was helped within 3 mins.

What number are you calling? Try the numbers posted on the DIS site: 800-828-0228 or 877-939-3732. Those are the ones I have used.

Last week I was ready to pull my hair out. Today I have gotten right in twice.
