Why is it that a company as large as Disney has a Web site that never seems to work right? It's full of bells and whistles and fancy graphics but I usually fail to get an actual quote on my vacation because something malfunctions along the way. I've had to resort to Expedia and Travelocity to see what room availability is--their Web sites work. I could call Disney, I suppose, to check on room availability but just don't feel like playing the "Press 1" game for five minutes before I talk to a human being.
Trying to decide now which resort to stay at in August--we're taking my 6-year-old nephew. I'm leaning toward the Poly.
