Anyone having trouble getting into QR?

I got in fine earlier today but now I can't get the site to load.

It seems to be working for me now.

I have had a problem for a week now, But mine is that I will be on & it will shut down, page said Cannot display... Then I would re enter & so on .... I dont think the site is finished yet. It will all work great when hes done.
