Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

What did they have to fix? Were you able to keep the same password? Mine is 7 letters - no numbers.

What was wrong with yours? And what number did you call?

I had zilch after I made the new password.
She recovered my campsite reservation & my ADRs.

I called the number that came up on the screen when it gave me an error message. I had tried to link my campsite. It said that the number was linked to <my name>. But it wasn't.

But it's not like they coulda spent the money on attractions...
 
I changed my password, set security questions, and was able to log in. Everything was blank, just like a new account. When I try to access my reservations and tickets, I get red "can't get your data" errors.

Still minimum 6 characters, but now must include at least 2 of 3 types -- letter, number and/or special characters.
larryz, mine is the same way, getting very aggravated.
 
I reset my password to a longer one and could get in and all my info.....2 trips worth is there! :yay: That is 3 weeks of plans, so glad I don't have to deal with "finding" it all. Although I do keep a "hard copy"
You're very lucky, I have two trips in the works, one coming up in under 30 days and it took me a while to get Fast Passes made because I booked 34 days out. I'm happy knowing that I have my numbers and screen shots but I think I'll be calling later tonight
 

I'm at home - No joy here either. I can login fine but my itinerary and even character icon is blank. Has the right name and address in the profile info but all other info (magic bands, reservations, fast passes, etc - don't show)

Mine is exactly the same and I had just linked AP vouchers, they don't show either so I can't get into the AP site to tweak. I called AP site this morning and the CM was really nice, said she had had a few people tell her that they couldn't access. Guess I'll be calling IT
 
The CM sent an email that then she clicked on to reset the password. Otherwise she was just getting a can't login and to call message. She had to change it. It has to include more than just letters now, so numbers too. So maybe if you already have a mixed password you are fine, I don't know.
That must be why when I log in with IE I don't get any message to change my password. It already has a number
And it goes back and forth on which log in id it likes, the movie one or the email address
 
I tried to reset my password and I keep getting an error when I try it. I'll see if tonight's update fixes it, if not I'll call to get it reset in the morning.
 
This morning I tried to buy an MVMCP ticket and it was a terrible experience.

I tried on my laptop in Chrome and everything was working okay except the drop down menus, which meant I could not select my state or country, so denied.
I tried on my laptop in Explorer and same problem.

I tried on my phone and it was telling me my credit card was declined, which is odd for a few reasons. I'm nowhere near my limit, and I used my card three other times within 24 hours.

I tried on my phone and it finally went through with a different card, and I got my confirmation email. I wanted to select the print at home option, but I went with Will Call instead, because I was afraid I'd have a problem with the PDF file since I have no faith left in their website.
 
Spent 20 minutes on hold and then 20+ minutes with an IT guy and got it all fixed. If you call in they can send you a link to reset your password an voila everything shows back up the way it was.
 
A friend of mine called Disney. Hers is doing the password/security question - they told her possibly a few days, they are applying patches!!! Luckily we did our FP's last night before it went belly up. This is only happening to some users, and as a PP mentioned, it is because they are combining accounts. Mine is fine, I only have the one account.

Mine is doing the same thing. It also signed me in under a new password without a change password prompt.
I have been having trouble all weekend and it. Caused me to lose out on a dining reservation It keeps kicking me out, taking me back to the dining home page, and now all my plans are gone. It's certainly frustrating. Glad I (hopefully) have my ADRs in place.

This might have already been stated but as it was my fastpass day I skipped to the end. I couldn't log on to MDE using the web but the Disney App worked fine for me and I was able to book all my fastpasses. So if you are having trouble with MDE via web try the app if it's your fastpass window. Note: I did not attempt to change my password using MDE when it told me there was a problem I just quit it. So my password was still the same for the App.
 
Got up early today to look for last-minute ADRs. MDE forced me to change my password today. Then it asked to set up new security questions. My home address and name are in there but my entire reservation is gone (I leave in less than 3 weeks). Waiting for their phone lines to open. This is SO annoying!

*** Update - the IT dept tried to tell me it was just a "display" issue and to wait it out. However, I persisted and they found that their system had decided to re-assign my reservation to a very old account I had on file.Haven't used that account in YEARS. No way to remove the old account, but they put my current email address back as the primary and everything is back to normal. SO - if you log in and it's all missing, CALL Disney IT.

Mine is still messed up this morning. I am going to call in a bit, okay I am probably going to have my husband call but same idea.
 
Well, I had no trouble getting in yesterday, but today it's giving me issues. I don't have anything I need to do on there today, but it's still annoying.
 
I finally got through, they reverted the "technical changes" to my account, went back to the old password and all was well!
 
Still having trouble with Chrome. I called IT and they fixed my account problems, but when I try to make dining reservations, I keep getting an error page. IE is working though.
 
What I've discovered is the log in used for the Movie Rewards is the only one working today. Yesterday both email address and Movie Rewards logins worked in IE, only Movie Rewards worked in Chrome. The accounts have always been combined but when I joined Movie Rewards it required a name, wouldn't accept an email address so that had to be created with a name. Now that seems to be the 1 log in I can use
