Anyone having problems showing BLT restraint?

Here's a question. If BLT had NO MK Views, who would still be interested?

Everyone talks about $107 being a decent price for such a good location but MK views cost nearly double the points per night, effectively making the relative cost closer to $200 per point for those that only want MK views (because you have to buy twice as many points for the same type of stay as another DVC resort).

P.S. not to mention only 20% of the rooms are MK so most people are going to get standard rooms.
