Hi Guys,
I dont post here very often (only when I need help
) but I am planning my annual state-side trip and have hit a road block on linking the Orbitz hotel booking I made over a month ago to the My Disney Experience page.
Every time I enter the confirmation code on MDE it tells me the booking can't be found and to enter the hotel name, arrival date and phone number for the booking, which I entered as per my booking and it still can't find my reservation. Has anyone else had a similar problem lately? I don't know if it would make any difference that I live in Australia but i have tried several different ways they could have listed my phone number without luck
Previously orbitz have given me a 6 character upper case code. This time they have given me a 10 character code that is upper case and lower case letters. Does anyone know if this has changed recently? I was there in Oct last year and it was still only 6 characters then??? I've contact orbitz but they just tell me to keep trying the code i have. I would prefer not to have to call Disney from Australia as it can be very costly if I am on hold for a while
