Called MS to modify reservations booked using transferred in points with the home resort priority. MS cancelled the reservations but is unable to rebook anything. I'm told the rooms are "on hold" and that there won't be any issue. Knowing Disney and IT I am not very comforted by their answer.
I chatted twice, spoke to two supervisors but am still very much worried.
Any advise?
